All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For special edition/ Pre Order/Limited sale : The shipping might take longer than the normal T-shirt orders from the website. So please give us 9-12 working days time from the day you’ve received your order confirmation mail.
We work on giving you the best, so a little extra time for something that’s made with love shouldn't be a problem, right?
If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier service will automatically try to deliver your parcel again the next working day. In case you miss the second delivery attempt . The delivery partner will initiate RTO and the product will be sent back to our yard. To reship the product additional charges will be applied for the delivery (note: the cost will vary due to the weight of the product).
If you don't apply for the reshipment within 30 days, the product will be donated to an orphanage.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Email and order number, and we will look into it for you. For, International orders will take 8 - 10 days to get processed and then 10-14 days to be delivered depending on the location.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept cancellation, Nor refund. In case any client does not receive the right product, or receives the damage product, we provide exchange.
