Refund, Cancellation and Exchange

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will exchange the product, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to exchange their purchase with a brand new one. Our Policy for the exchange will be as follows:

No Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

In order to provide the best experience, we work on manufacturing and dispatch as soon as our client places an order. Hence, we do not accept cancellations, nor refund. 

Exchange Policy

We will try our best to produce the best of goods that we can.

Please check the right size using the size chart provided at the time of placing the order. Exchanges/Return won't be entertained for incorrectly placed orders from the customers. Thus, customers are requested to check the right size using the size guide provided at the time of placing order.

In case any client does not receive the right product, or receives a damaged product, we provide exchange.

Exchange requests should be placed within 24 hours of the product delivery, requests received later will not be considered eligible for exchange.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
